Sailor Moon again. and how!

Now that my best bud is back in the B to the Randon, I am so lonely. Tear. What am I doing about this? Pretty much nothing, man am I ever boring, haha. I just hang out on my computer or draw. Usually at the same time actually. 

Still watching Live action PGSM. dang, there are a lot of panty shots. It's like re-watching Power Rangers but not. and for girls mainly. And perverts who get off on panty shots. (this is Japan we're talking about). I also have a huge silly girly crush on Tuxedo Mask. Oh my, is he ever cute. I just wish Sailor Venus' wig looked nicer. Even Mercury's looks better. She has blue hair. 

Anywaaay, obsessions aside, studying isn't going too well, as always. I really should get my butt in gear. However, I always say that, SO. We shall see.

Here are some random drawings I've done while multitasking between web-surfing and Photoshop CS3.  First is Sonya, a weird russian fantasy character pulled from memories of Anastasia. (I'm sorry Katia! lol), second is some random story I had about a runaway and a rookie cop who became friends, third is my newest SUPERHERO TEAM. Soleil is a dancer in real life and has pyro-kinetic gifts. GEDDIT? GEDDIT? Behind her is the ever winged Angel. Who I don't quite have a good name for yet, as Xmen took the obvious one. THANKS A LOT. Atleast he has steam-punk goggles. So ha. 

They are the latest in my ever steady stream of awkward yet adorable love interests in stories that probably won't make the light of day. 

Lastly are Heidi and Jakob. Because I am impressionable and this is a rehashing of something I've kind of done before, (accidental pregnancies and socially awkward men). So, Heidi is an upbeat sort of person and Jakob is a facts and figure takes things a little too literally kind of person. I really like the Big Bang Theory.

SUPER AWESOME FUN WEEK

So this week I've been all busy because my best friend ever since the fourth grade was here to hang out. Yay! We saw two movies, Star Trek on tuesday and Wolverine just like an hour ago. Star Trek was AMAZING. Wolverine mostly sucked. Like really bad. Not even Hugh Jackman could save it's awfulness. I may vlog about it later. 

I also got my wisdom teeth taken out on thursday. I am recovering quite well, I think. man are those things huge. I got to keep them. :) Gosh I'm weird.

Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon is my favorite show EVER

I'm rewatching PGSM: live action for the third or so time. BEST SHOW EVER. THe cheesy affects and cute girls are so appealing. Also I have a rush on the guy who plays Tuxedo Mask. He;s so cute. Everyone should watch this show, even if just for the 'lulz', as they say. 

I spent the whole day at my friends house, they're gone on holiday and I am house-sittting so I just hung out and used their studio and did some watercolour trials and stuff like that. I'm so jealous of her because her parents actually go out and buy good art supplies. Her mother is a fine arts major and all, so it makes sense, but still...sigh. I can only dream of that many art supplies in one place. Whine whine. In any case it was a super awesome day. Although I now understand why gluttony is a sin, I ordered a pizza for the whole time I was there (1:30 to 8:30 p.m.) and ate it all. UGH. I feel faaaat. Tomorrow I eat healthy. 

This week coming up is TCAF, Toronto Comic Art Festival and nearly ALL of my favorite web comic/web artists are going to be there. It's going to be a cool awesome place full of cool awesome people who like doing what I like and I am missing out man. 

I have a fear that next year if I go (and I really want to) that it'll suck and everyone I want to see will not be there, or I'll just miss everything basically. I'll miss everything cool and die angry. WORST THING EVER.  

This time next year I want to be a semi-popular web comic artist with a somewhat loyal following and go there and meet all those cool awesome people I want to meet and rub shoulders with, as it were. I have a shtick. Muslim Artist. That's all it takes. haha. 

Wow. I whine a lot. Okay anyway. Tomorrow should fun. I am babysitting and before that I'm hanging out with some friends for a barbeque. Woo~! I should probably bring something.
